Manifolds and Modular Valves
Valves are normally mounted onto a valve skid with piping at the rear, or underneath, to allow quick changes to be made for maintenance purposes. Piping can, however, be dispensed with almost totally by mounting valves onto a manifold block- with interconnections formed by drilled passages in a solid block or by cut-outs on a plate-formed manifold.
Modular valve assemblies allow piping to be reduced still further. These follow standards laid down by the Comit~ European des Transmission Oleophydrauliques et Pneumatiques and are consequently known as CETOP modular valves.
JALUR SOLUSI PERKASA manufacture of manifolds for hydraulic equipment. Standard production includes Simple Subplates, Multiple Subplates, Stacking and Modular for Cetop Modular Valves, High-Low Pressure Subplates and accessories for Hydraulic Systems.
JALUR SOLUSI PERKASA is also manufacture Hydraulic Blocks to customer's designs and request.
Hydraulic Cylinders
Single Acting Hydraulic Cylinders
In single acting cylinders the fluit is pressurized from only one side of the cylinder during both the expansion as well as the retraction process. A spring or an external load is used to return the cylinder top to it's original position i.e. when pressure of the fluid is cut off. Single acting cylinders can be considered in two group :
1. Weight return hydraulic cylinders
2. Spring return hydraulic cylinders
Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders with double acting operation (double-acting hydraulic cylinders) have two opposite facing piston surfaces that control the operation of the force of the hydraulic liquid, i.e. usually a special hydraulic oil that enables two active moving directions. The hydraulic energy is converted through the hydraulic liquid into the mechanical energy for the movement of the pistons.
A double-acting cylinder is a cylinder in which the working fluid acts alternately on both sides of the piston. It has a port at each end, supplied with hydraulic fluid for both the retraction and extension of the piston. A double-acting cylinder is used where an external force is not available to retract the piston or where high force is required in both directions of travel.
The double acting cylinder is more common than the single acting cylinder. It works at any angle and in almost any application where hydraulic power is needed. Even with applications where gravity (or weight) can assist retraction, hydraulic pressure is often applied to control acceleration, change the rate of travel and cushion the stoppage.
Travel in one direction always differs from travel in the other, all things being equal; the push action requires more force and is slower but more work output is generated. The pulling action is faster, but less work output is created.
1. Hydraulic cylinders with single rod
2. Hydraulic cylinders with double rod
Tie Rod Cylinders
These types of hydraulic cylinders make use of a single or multiple tie-rods to provide extra stability to the cylinder. The tie-rods are mostly installed on the exterior diameter of the cylinder. The tie-rods carry most of the load in this type of hydraulic cylinder Tie rod cylinders are used in machine tools, the automotive industry, plastics machinery, transfer lines and other manufacturing devices. The main feature of the tie rod cylinder is its space-saving compact design, which makes it particularly suitable in manufacturing devices.
Key features of the tie rod cylinder:
1. Compact design
2. Wide mounting range
3. Limited piston diameter
4. Limited stroke length
The top and bottom of the tie rod cylinder, as well as the cylinder barrel, are connected together via four tie rods. Extended tie rods at the head or base of the cylinder may be used to mount the tie rod cylinder. Threaded holes and subplate mounting options are also included in the wide mounting range of the tie rod cylinder.
Typical parameters are:
1. Nominal pressure: up to 200 bar
2. Bore : 40 to 200 mm
3. Piston rod : 20 to 150 mm
4. stroke length: 25mm to 2000 mm
Welded Cylinders
There are heavy-duty welded cylinders used to balance the cylinder. The welded cylinders are smooth hydraulic cylinders.

Pneumatic Cylinder
The pneumatic cylinder is a device that has been mechanically engineered to produce force (in linear motion) from compressed gas. They are also known as air cylinders.
The air cylinders come in various appearances and sizes and are meant to perform different functions depending on the rising needs of the market. Depending on your ready market, you can choose to go for.
We offer pneumatic cylinders in aluminum & steel as a standard. Custom construction and special materials can be provided upon request. Our engineering department can assist you with all your cylinder design requirements.
Why the pneumatic cylinder suits a wider market
The varied sizes of the gadget with the ability to perform various jobs that vary from picking very small objects to larger ones make them more applicable for industrial use widely in different fields.
You will never again suffer a dead-stock with these kinds of flexible air cylinders since they allow the operator to have full control over it as it follow a commanded motion or index to various adjustable locations of the operator’s choice.
ln addition to that, the design of air cylinder suits the vast needs of your customers in terms of configuration and scope of application. Therefore, your clients will comfortably offer to get the exact value for their money.
The durability of a machine is also one of the key driving force to many customers and having air cylinder stock with command start and stop points of motion less than the full stroke of a cylinder makes the pneumatic cylinders more durable. With these features, modifications and broad application of pneumatic cylinder directly translate into their demand in the market with assured moving-stock.
Telescopic Cylinder
CV. JALUR SOLUSI PERKASA Telescopic cylinders are a special design of a hydraulic cylinder which provide an exceptionally long output travel from a very compact retracted length. Typically the collapsed length of a telescopic cylinder is 20 to 40% of the fully extended length depending on the number of stages.
Heavy duty telescopic cylinders are usually powered by hydraulics.
Telescopic cylinders are also referred to as telescoping cylinders and multi-stage telescopic cylinders. An application for telescopic cylinders commonly seen is that of the dump body on a dump truck used in a construction site.

Hydraulic Table Lifter
By far the most common industrial lift is the hydraulic scissor lift table. This may seem like a complicated piece of equipment, but in actuality hydraulic lift tables are really very simple in design.
Hydraulic scissor lift tables are comprised of five major components:
Hydraulic Lift Table Operation
A hydraulic lift table raises and lowers when hydraulic fluid is forced into or out of the hydraulic cylinder(s). As hydraulic fluid is forced into a cylinder, the cylinder strokes outward forcing the scissor legs apart.
Raising the Lift Table
Since one end of both the inner and outer legs are connected to the base and platform, the platform rises vertically as the scissors legs open. The free end of the scissors legs are fitted with rollers that run in the base.
Any time a lift table is raised, it is being supported by a column of fluid. The lift table remains in a raised position because the fluid is held in the cylinder(s) by a simple check valve.
A lift table’s up speed is a function of the hydraulic pump and the motor that is turning it. The desired up speed and capacity to be lifted determine the amount of work the motor has to do, thus the horsepower required. If a lift table needs to move faster, it will take more horsepower. If a lift table has to have greater capacity, it will also take more horsepower.
Lowering the Lift Table
The lift table is lowered by opening a down valve that allows fluid out of the cylinder at a controlled rate. This down valve is solenoid operated and a “normally closed” type valve, which means it stays closed until the electric solenoid is actuated. This feature prevents the lift table from lowering if there were a power failure. When the solenoid opens the down valve, the fluid returns to the reservoir.
The down speed of a lift table is a function of controlling how fast the fluid is allowed to leave the cylinder. This is done with a flow control (FC) valve. The FC valve is pressure compensated, which means it regulates the flow to a predetermined range whether the lift is loaded or empty. These FC valves are fixed rate or non-adjustable and typically the lift table’s down speed is matched to lift table’s up speed.
The hydraulic lift tables are widely used in production line(large gap of transportation height ), material on-line or off line, the lifting of large industry equipment equipment, Large machine tool feeding, blanking, warehouse, market, parking lot, family etc. It is widely installed in the pit. for production line cargoes transfer, which is our common product with hot market.
And according to your using requirement, the accessory device can be equipped and assemble freely by yourself. Such as, safety device, control ways, the type of working platform, driven type..
